Vertical Profile Projector-VPP300 is a bench type Profile Projector suitable for all types of measurements and inspections at industries and institutions. Its multilayer coated Projection lenses provide high transmission and optimum contrast suitable for contour and surface in dimensional measurements and surface inspections. Its unique rigid pedestal system facilitates vibration free handling of components. Benchtop profile projectors feature an optical system that includes a light source, lenses, mirrors, and a projection screen. The optical path and magnification capabilities are similar to those of larger profile projectors, allowing for accurate measurement and comparison of part profiles.
These projectors have a projection screen where the magnified image of the part is displayed. The screen may have scales or grids for reference measurements. The workpiece is placed on a stage that can move horizontally and vertically to position the part for measurement. Benchtop profile projectors offer various levels of magnification through interchangeable lenses or zoom lens systems. This allows users to select the appropriate magnification for inspecting different-sized parts and capturing fine details.
Wide choice of accessories enhance the scope of applications in various fields. It incorporates both Epi & Diascopy illuminators designed on halogen bulb system to ensure brilliant projection on 300mm dia fine ground glass screen rotatable 360 with Vernier reading to 1min. of an arc. The screen has cross and detachable clips to hold comparator charts. Its precision micrometer measuring stage is fitted with Rotary measuring stage. It operates on ball bearing guides fine micrometer reading to 0.01mm. Lifelong smooth movement is assured by the incorporation of hard steel rolling balls both in longitudinal and transverse slides. The basic instruments is supplied with 10x, a multielement coated projection lens. Projection accuracy 0.1% in case of contour and 0.15 % in case of surface is provided.
