Digital Tensile Testing Machine-HDTM-SERIES

Digital Tensile Testing Machine-M-SERIES can perform a wide range of mechanical tests including tensile, compression, bend, peel, tear, friction, and shear testing. These systems are designed to test materials, components, and products in accordance with ASTM, ISO, and other industry standards. Compatible with hundreds of accessories for a wide range of applications, these universal testing systems are available in a multiple sizes and configurations for R&D, QC, and other mechanical testing up to 100 kN force. Instead of analog gauges or dials, digital tensile testing machines have digital displays that provide clear and precise readouts of force, displacement, and other test parameters. This makes it easier for operators to monitor and record the test data accurately.

Digital tensile testing machines often have integrated load cells and extensometers that directly measure and display force and displacement. This eliminates the need for additional external measurement devices and simplifies the setup process. Digital systems offer higher accuracy and resolution compared to their analog counterparts. They can measure and display force and displacement values with greater precision, allowing for more accurate determination of material properties.
